Our Bakery Products

In this category there are various bakery products (both sweet and savory): bread, cookies, cakes, snacks, biscuits and crackers, ending with the traditional sweets like the dove, the panettone and the pandoro (available only during the period of belonging). There are products obtained from soft wheat flour but above all from alternative cereals such as kamut, spelt, rye, rice, corn ... and products with or without tropical fats (palm, coconut ...). The products without them are generally less crumbly and have a lesser preservation while those that contain them are instead more crumbly and last longer.
