The malt is a product obtained from the germination and drying of cereal, mainly barley. It exists in both powder and liquid form. Powdered malt is used as an ingredient for the production of beer, whiskey, and other alcoholic beverages, as a sweetener, and as a thickener for baked goods. Liquid malt is mainly used as an ingredient for the production of beer, whiskey, and other alcoholic beverages. The main difference between the powder and the liquid is the convenience of use that comes from their form. Powdered malt, in fact, is easier to store, while liquid malt is more practical to measure and dose.
