Aurora Naturale gluten-free ragù sauce is prepared according to Piedmontese tradition and boasts careful selection of excellent raw materials.
The ingredients are genuine, locally sourced from the Langhe hills; the aroma fills the homes of housewives in the province of Cuneo, where the ragù was simmered for hours over low heat and flavored with garden herbs.
Ingredients: Tomato pulp (tomatoes, tomato juice, acidity regulator: citric acid), meat sauce 31% (beef 47%, pork 47%, olive oil, salt), sautéed vegetables (onion, carrots, celery, olive oil, garlic, salt), brown stock 7.3% (water, beef and pork extract 12%, celery, carrots, onion, olive oil, salt), red wine, extra virgin olive oil, corn starch, rosemary, black pepper.
