Citruscompote Alce Nero (Benaming: Bereiding op basis van biologische citrusvruchten - zonder toegevoegde pectine) is een specialiteit op basis van pulp en schil van sinaasappel 62%, druivensuiker, appelpuree 12%, citroen 6%. Het wordt geproduceerd door Alce Nero & Mielizia en wordt gedistribueerd door Alce Nero uit Monterenzio (BO).
De citruscompote Alce Nero is gemaakt van biologische citrusvruchten die alleen in Italië worden verbouwd. De zorgvuldige verwerking zorgt voor een compote met een zachte consistentie en een goede fruitsmaak; ideaal om te smeren en geschikt voor vele andere toepassingen.
