It is extracted from coconuts exclusively through a mechanical process (and therefore without the aid of chemical solvents ).
It is not subjected to deodorization, hydrogenation, bleaching, refining and therefore the resulting product is extremely natural and pleasantly aromatic .
The fats they contain are 90% saturated but have the advantage of not containing trans and hydrogenated fats.
Its melting point is 24°C , so when used in baked goods, it makes them extremely crumbly as soon as they are put in the mouth.
The solidification temperature is between 15 and 20°.

How to use:
Ideal for the production of baked and non-baked confectionery products: biscuits, shortcrust pastry, croissants, puff pastries, leavened products, whipped cream, pralines, ice cream; culinary applications: frying, creaming, and pan-frying.
