Vegan Yogurt Starter 1g

This starter is an exceptional TiBioNa exclusive made up of selected lactic ferments to obtain an exclusively vegetable and moderately dense yogurt.
The most suitable plant-based milk for making this yogurt is soy , but rice, millet, spelt, KAMUT® khorasan wheat, and quinoa milks can also be used. Note that using milks other than soy results in a thinner consistency, but this can be remedied by using a thickener such as agar agar, guar, xanthan gum, starch, or guar gum.
Unlike other starters, this one can't be perpetuated by using previously made yogurt as a starter (you need to use a separate sachet each time). At the same time, it's highly recommended to use a yogurt maker rather than relying on empirical manual methods to avoid any secondary fermentations.
To maximize the density of the yogurt, it is advisable to add some powdered milk

N.B. Each sachet is used for 1 max. 2 litres of milk .

Once it reaches its destination, it is highly recommended to keep it in the refrigerator to ensure better preservation.
