It is made from soft wheat flour type "0" and wholemeal barley flour, with the addition of wheat germ, all strictly organic and stone- milled, maintaining their nutritional characteristics intact.
It is very important to reintroduce products made from semi-wholemeal or wholemeal flours into our diet, and above all that these originate from organic ingredients, that is, from cereals grown without synthetic chemical compounds, which linger on the caryopsis.
