Description / Sesame Seeds 25Kg
They are harvested from the plant of the same name (Sesamum indicum) native to India and Africa.
They are characterized by a typical hazelnut flavor and are particularly rich in calcium (ten to fourteen times that of cow's milk), proteins, fats (almost completely unsaturated and therefore of good quality), magnesium , phosphorus, silicon, iron, zinc, vitamins (B, E and D) and carnitine (or vitamin T), which plays an active role in the mobilization of fats for energy purposes and acts as a reserve in the muscles. These seeds are collected and packaged after cleaning, they are not cooked, therefore they are raw.
How to use:
They can be used as they are or toasted in salads, soups and yogurt, or in the preparation of sweet and savoury baked goods (5-10%).
