Aida Segale & Grano is a flour suitable for any preparation that requires the use of flour, be it sweet or savoury .
It is a blend of flours, including type “0” soft wheat, rye, flaxseed and toasted barley malt, all strictly organic and ground entirely with stone mills , maintaining their nutritional characteristics unchanged.
It is very important to reintroduce products made from semi-wholemeal or wholemeal flours into our diet, and above all that these originate from organic ingredients, that is, from cereals grown without synthetic chemical compounds, which linger on the caryopsis.
There are so many products you can create with this flour—it's all about your imagination! You can make bread, pizza, focaccia, but also cookies, cakes, pancakes, piadinas, fresh pasta, lasagna, and much more.
