Description / Ready Yogurt 25g Organic
Ready-to-eat yogurt is an exceptional preparation based on live lactic ferments, probiotics and prebiotics that allows you to prepare excellent yogurt.
How to use.
The preparation is very simple and involves only heating the milk (until boiling) and cooling it to 42°C, where the sachet of freeze-dried Pronto Yogurt will be diluted.
It can be consumed after 4/6 hours of fermentation and 12 hours of rest in the fridge.

But what advantage do I have in using this starter for making yogurt? How much could I use a jar of purchased yogurt?
You should know that by law, yogurt, to be defined as such, must contain two bacteria (Lactobacillus bulgaricus and Streptococcus thermophilus), both of which are not probiotics, meaning they are not able to pass through the stomach and contribute to the homeostasis of the bacterial flora (they die during digestion).
This starter, however, is better not only because it contains probiotic bacteria , but also because it contains inulin, a prebiotic (an ingredient that promotes the growth of "good" bacteria in our gut). Consequently, yogurt prepared with this starter not only provides probiotics that reach the intestines, but also provides inulin, which allows the "good" bacteria already present in the intestines to thrive.
