HOW TO USE
Pour the pizza mix into a large bowl, add 250-300ml of room temperature water (depending on the desired hydration), and mix until smooth. Cover with a cloth or plastic wrap and let rise in a turned-off oven for 6 to 12 hours. Divide the risen dough according to your needs. Roll it out between two sheets of parchment paper sprayed with baking spray and flatten it with a rolling pin. Repeat for all the bases. Bake the pizzas for 10 minutes at 180°C on the bottom rack of the oven; add toppings as desired and finish baking, also at 180°C, on the middle rack.
