During cooking, our special fibers significantly increase in weight, so 65g of ZenPasta is enough to obtain a portion equivalent to 85g of conventional pasta. For this reason, and due to its high fiber content, Penne Rigate have 50% fewer carbohydrates and consequently 40% fewer calories than the average best-selling durum wheat semolina pasta.

How to Use

A package of ZenPasta Penne Rigate contains four 65g pouches. For a serving equivalent to 85g of regular pasta, cook one 65g pouch, which becomes 175g after cooking. Cook in plenty of boiling salted water for 14 minutes. Drain and season to taste.

Ingredients: Organic durum wheat semolina (63%), water, vegetable fiber (29%) contains wheat and oat fiber, konjac flour.
