Panela The Original Jar 120 g

The original Panela is nothing more than a delicious whole cane sugar, guaranteed by a truly unique manufacturing process. The original Panela in a 120g jar is ground cane sugar obtained from the typical Balinese sugar brick. The sugar bricks originate from the Andes Mountains and are prepared entirely naturally by simply pressing and concentrating the freshly squeezed sugarcane juice. This juice is then subjected to a process that removes excess water, bypassing subsequent filtration and cooking, which would otherwise degrade the nutrients. The Panela method involves cold-grinding the bricks: this is how "the original" is born, a sugar with irregular grains that makes a difference both nutritionally and, above all, in taste. Try it and believe it!
