Description / Organic Grape Juice 750ml
Grape juice is a delicious, very sweet, thirst-quenching drink rich in vitamins (especially C and B vitamins).
Vitamin C plays a very important role in catalyzing many processes and in counteracting oxidative effects (stress, smoking, etc.). It also has the ability to improve the baking properties of flour : vitamin C is the most widely used adjuvant in baking to strengthen flour!
It differs from ordinary wine because it does not undergo fermentation (the yeasts transform the sugars present into alcohol and carbon dioxide).
How to use
It is mainly used as a beverage. To improve the baking properties of flour, it should be used in the order of approximately 15 ml per kg of flour .
