Organic Dried Mushrooms 50 g

Dried organic "porcino pinerolo" mushrooms from the Sierra foothills of Ecuador. They are Class A, meaning superior quality and large in size, particularly fragrant and excellent for flavoring risottos, meat dishes, vegetable pies, soups, and sauces. Simply soak them in warm water for about 30 minutes, then cook to taste.
