Description / Niimbus Beer - Red Handle - 750ml
Here is the Niimbus red handle, the sister of the Niibus blonde, another craft beer produced by the Giratempopub .
This is a new and original recipe which, as with the blonde, uses native Moscato yeasts alongside traditional beer yeasts.
Once again, the work of the great Lelio Bottero has been a winning one: the selection of a particular, lightly roasted malt was the key to giving this beer delicious caramel notes; notes further enhanced by the use of Moscato grape must.
The name “Italian style” is intended to indicate the distinctive feature of this beer, compared to the more traditional Belgian, German or English styles.
To be an expression of the tastes, flavors and emotions of its land of origin.
Alcohol content: 7%
Ingredients: Water, barley malt, grape must, hops, granulated sugar, yeast.
