Niimbus Beer 750ml

Here's Niimbus, the first craft beer produced by Giratempopub . It's a new and original recipe, which sees traditional brewing yeasts begin fermentation, then give way to native Moscato yeasts .

The result is pleasant and balanced, with citrus aromas and a clearly evident "peach" flavor. On the palate, it's full-bodied and authentic, with a balanced body that pairs beautifully with first courses, fish, and even spicy main courses.
The delicate acidic note manages to leave a clean, dry finish with a deliberately restrained bitterness. The label states " Italian style " because it aims to distinguish itself from the great beers of the Belgian, German, or English schools, expressing the tastes, flavors, and emotions of its homeland.
