HOW TO USE
Pour a scoop of the mixture into a microwave-safe mug. Add the egg white, 50g of low-fat cream cheese (max 5% fat), and any flavorings to taste. Stir vigorously until smooth. Microwave for 2 to 4 minutes, depending on the power. The mugcake is ready when it reaches the consistency of a cake and comes away easily from the mug.
