Description / Microbial rennet tablets (n.10) for vegetarians
It is a highly concentrated vegetable microbial rennet for the production of cheese obtained from the fermentation of a mold (Mucor Pusillus and Mucor Meihei).
It does not contain animal derivatives or GMOsHow to use.
1 tablet coagulates, in about 45 minutes at 86/95°F (30/35°C), 5 liters of milk.
Dissolve the tablet in 1/4 cup of unsalted water and add to the milk as directed in the recipe. Stir thoroughly and wait for the coagulation to occur.N.B. This rennet, if stored in the fridge, can last up to 3 years .Ingredients: Microbial coagulants (Mucur pussillus and Mucur miehei), microcrystalline cellulose, sodium chloride, and USP chloride.
