Their origins are lost in the ancient peasant homes of Pamparato. This is where the crumbly delights that even captivated the palates of the Savoy royals at Casotto Castle were born.

Kneaded with stone-ground 'Ottofile' corn flour, tasty mountain butter and only Pamparato honey.

Ingredients: Type 0 Italian soft wheat flour, sugar, mountain butter, fresh eggs, 17% stone-ground 8-row corn flour, leavening agents (disodium diphosphate, sodium bicarbonate, starch), Pamparato honey, natural lemon flavoring, vanilla, sea salt.
