Matsoni (or Caspian Sea) Yogurt Starter 5g

This starter is an exceptional TiBioNa exclusive made up of selected lactic ferments to obtain delicious Georgian yogurt (also called Caspian Sea yogurt), moderately dense and slightly acidic .

This yogurt starter stands out for the fact that it can be prepared at room temperature , without a yogurt maker or other heating system.
The advantage of purchasing it is the ability to produce an unlimited amount of yogurt using a few spoonfuls of your own yogurt as a starter. This way, you only need to buy the starter the first time and then you're completely independent (as long as it's stored and fermented properly).
This starter can also be used with soy milk , but in this case it is possible that you will no longer be able to use the yogurt obtained as a starter for subsequent preparations (but just keep part of the starter prepared with animal milk separately).

N.B. Once it reaches its destination, it is highly recommended to keep it in the refrigerator to ensure better conservation.
