Menz & Gasser is a multi-certified Trentino company which, for almost a century, has been producing and packaging jams, fruit jams and honey, syrups, granitas, cocktails and Nocciolino (exclusive to the company) a hazelnut spreadable cream. All products are made with excellent quality raw materials, treated, processed, packaged and marketed with absolute respect for man and the environment. There are three production lines that make Menz & Gasser one of the best-known companies present on the European market: Hotels, Restaurants and Catering (Ho.Re.Ca.), Large-scale Organized Distribution (GDO) and the complete range of products for pastry shops and ice cream parlors. To hotels, restaurants and catering services Menz & Gasser offers a vast choice of jams and marmalades available in single-dose formats (for which Menz & Gasser is the leader in Europe), buckets and toppings. Great production the company offers extra jams with a total fruit content of up to 100% in jars and sticks of 5 to 8 single portions. For both lines, fruit syrups are available (up to 40% flower extract and 35% juice) excellent for thirst-quenching drinks, original cocktails and tasty granitas. To gel, fill and decorate all types of confectionery products, from classic cakes to desserts typical such as krapfen, but also biscuits and ice cream, Menz & Gasser produces and markets a huge variety of purées, semi-finished products and toppings.
