Madonita snail

Lumaca Madonita is the first producer of Snail Caviar in Italy

The uniqueness of Snail Caviar derives directly from the exclusive breeding method and special feeding of the snails (only organic vegetables) but also from the microclimate of the Madonie.

Since these are snail eggs, and due to their spherical shape and consistency, they are compared to the more common caviar (“Snail caviar” or “White caviar").

Pearls boast exclusive dietary properties, are fat-free and rich in calcium and potassium.
