Il Modicano are also vegan: therefore they do not contain al contains ingredients such as milk, eggs, butter or gelatin. It was a conscious choice on the part of the company which decided to give a concrete and important signal in a context in which the use of pesticides and GMO ingredients is increasingly widespread.

The ingredients used by Il Modicano have not been treated with substances such as herbicides or insecticides and the sugar used is raw cane sugar, not refined. At the basis of the choice to produce vegan products is the belief that life is a precious commodity not only for human beings, but also for animals. Precisely for this reason, ingredients that can cause exploitation or forms of violence towards animals are excluded a priori. And despite this the quality of the product is always of the highest level.
