Description / Macaron Powder Mix 300g
MACARON POWDER MIX 300G
Ready-made powder mix to create excellent macaronsquickly and easily .
Color: white
Pack size: 300g
Ingredients: sugar, rice starch, almond flour, modified starch, corn starch, egg white, milk proteins, colouring: E171; flavourings, acidity regulator: E575.
May contain traces of soy and other nuts .
Gluten-free - no azo dyes - no palm oil - no preservatives - no hydrogenated fats.
Preparation: Pour the mixture into a bowl and add 70 g of egg white. Beat for about 3-4 minutes in a stand mixer or with an electric mixer. Pour the mixture into the molds using a piping bag and let rest for about 1 hour. After the resting time, bake at 130°C (fan assisted) or 140°C (static) for about 12-13 minutes. Remove the macarons from the molds once they have cooled.
Directions for use: To more easily remove the macaron from the mat, we recommend adding very little water between the bottom of the mat and the baking tray.
