This "La Macina" blend is a mix of flours suitable for any preparation that requires the use of flour, whether sweet or savory . It is made from type "2" soft wheat flour, wholemeal rye flour, and wholemeal barley flour, all strictly organic and stone- milled, preserving their nutritional characteristics.
It is very important to reintroduce products made from semi-wholemeal or wholemeal flours into our diet, and above all that these originate from organic ingredients, that is, from cereals grown without synthetic chemical compounds, which linger on the caryopsis.
