Food supplement based on green coffee extract!
The coffee used for this supplement is Arabica . The parts that will then be used in the production of this supplement are extracted directly from the seed , before it has undergone the roasting process (which gives the coffee its typical dark brown color; in fact, when it is originally harvested, it is green).
This coffee contains less caffeine than roasted coffee, the processing of which also alters the properties of the bean. Not only that, but in green coffee, caffeine is bound to chlorogenic acid ( a powerful antioxidant ), with which it forms chlorogenate . Thanks to this chemical characteristic, the mucous membranes absorb caffeine much more slowly, and it remains in the bloodstream longer.
Furthermore, it contains a greater quantity of polyphenols, vitamins and mineral salts than roasted coffee, as well as a pH value of around 5, close to neutrality (7) and this means that the gastric mucosa is not attacked, as happens with roasted coffee, which has a pH that varies between 3 and 3.5.
