Gluten-Free Stars 400g - Granoro
Granoro's gluten-free star pasta is a high-quality product characterized by a unique blend of flours. The aroma and flavor are typical of corn, softened by the rice flour component and the vegetal note of quinoa.
Quinoa was chosen to be included in the mix to rebalance the fiber, minerals, and protein content, elements lacking in rice and corn. The result is a pasta with a yellow color very similar to that of durum wheat pasta, firm after cooking, and a rough surface that allows sauces to bind well.
