Fresh Montanaro Bread 600g

This exceptional bread is made by the Albero del Pane bakery in Cuneo with semi-whole wheat stone-ground flour, a very long sourdough leavening process, and Cervia wholemeal salt, and mountain water.

ECO-FRIENDLY cooking.

There are no added fats, additives or enzymes.

L'Albero del Pane produces it exclusively by hand, in its artisan workshop and, thanks to its collaboration with Tibiona.it, can ship it to your home fresh from the oven.

Ingredients: Type 1 and type 2 wheat flour, water, sourdough starter (type 1 wheat flour, water), whole grain salt.

Note: This item ships fresh only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Delivery to Southern Italy takes 2 business days.

This item has a shelf life of 3 days, as it is fresh, but if stored in the freezer it lasts for months!
