This starter is an exceptional TiBioNa exclusive made up of bacteria and yeasts isolated from a Scandinavian sourdough, characterised by the exclusive presence of rye and excellent vitality (capable of shortening the usual leavening times).

You should know that each place has its own specific bacteria and yeasts, which, during the preparation of the sourdough starter, become part of it, imparting its specific characteristics. How do you activate it?
This powdered starter isn't readily active, but requires a few refreshments to regain its necessary vitality. These refreshments should be done for about 3-5 days , after which you can prepare baked goods without any problems.
Once activated and refreshed at least once a week, it lasts forever.
