Fior di Loto Classic Mayonnaise (Denomination: Classic Mayonnaise) is a specialty based on sunflower seed oil, water, pasteurized egg yolk 5%, apple cider vinegar, sea salt, extra virgin olive oil, mustard, lemon juice, thickeners: xanthan gum and carob flour, natural pepper flavoring, acidity regulator: lactic acid, turmeric.
The producer is Il Fior di Loto.
The flavor is delicate and slightly acidic, typical of traditional mayonnaise, soft and creamy, just like homemade.
