Candied ginger in small cubes, covered in a delicate layer of Trinitari cocoa , a variety of cocoa whose characteristic is described in its fine flavour and its aromatic richness .
Ginger has a sweet and spicy flavour (which stimulates gastric juices, improving digestion). It is a root that can be presented in different ways: fresh , therefore in the form of a root, which can be used by leaving it in an infusion, centrifuged or grated, dried or in powder form , as an essential oil or candied .
