Description / Buttermilk and Sour Cream Starter 1g
This starter is an exceptional TiBioNa exclusive made up of selected lactic ferments (including probiotics ) for the preparation of buttermilk and sour cream.How to use (buttermilk)
Heat the milk to 85°C (keep it at this temperature for 20-30 minutes) and quickly cool it to 25°C. Add a sachet of starter and keep it at this temperature (25°C) for 16-18 hours; then place it in the refrigerator to thicken further.
Directions for use (sour cream)
Heat the cream to 63°C and hold it there for 45 minutes, then quickly cool it to 25°C and add one sachet of starter. Incubate at this temperature for 16-18 hours and then refrigerate to thicken further.
