Description / Bran Curls 250g Organic
These curls are obtained by steaming and then drying organic bran, enriched with corn flour and whole wheat flour, in hot air .
The bran, being the area where all the vitamins and mineral salts of the grain are concentrated, makes this product a concentrate of these precious substances.
In wheat bran you will find mainly fiber, B vitamins and mineral salts: in decreasing order, potassium, phosphorus, magnesium, calcium, manganese, iron, zinc and copper .
How to use:
They are used in milk, yogurt or to increase the fiber in excessively refined flours (approximately around 10% / 20%).
