Bolognese Ragù 200g Organic

Alce Nero Bolognese Ragù (Denomination: Organic Beef Ragù with Extra Virgin Olive Oil) is a specialty made with 59% tomato (tomato pulp, tomato puree, tomato paste), 29% minced beef, 4% carrot, 3% onion, 1.6% celery, 2% extra virgin olive oil, salt, and spices. It is produced by Alce Nero & Mielizia and distributed by Alce Nero di Monterenzio (BO).

Alce Nero Bolognese ragù is made with organic Italian beef and elongated tomatoes, including Coimbra, Ercole, and other varieties grown by approximately 25 farms in the Po Delta. The tomatoes are harvested in July, August, and September at the perfect stage of ripeness and processed to preserve their flavors, aromas, and nutritional properties. The Bolognese ragù follows a traditional Italian recipe and preserves the aromas and flavors of our region's typical products.
