Cascina Masueria's Crema Noir is a spreadable cream with a rich, bold flavor, made with just three ingredients: 50% high-quality hazelnuts , cane sugar, and low-fat cocoa powder. Free from milk, animal derivatives, added fats, colorings, flavorings, preservatives, or emulsifiers, it's a healthy and natural product.
Compared to gianduja, Noir stands out for its more intense and bitter flavor, thanks to a higher cocoa content and a reduced sugar content. The production process uses a ball-type refiner, which allows the hazelnut oil to blend perfectly with the other ingredients, creating a smooth and velvety cream with a lingering flavor.
This spread is gluten- and lactose-free , making it perfect for those with food intolerances. Ideal on its own or as an accompaniment to desserts and bread, Crema Noir offers a deep and authentic flavor experience.
