Description / Best Chit Malt - 25 kg
25 kg pack of BestMalz Chit Malt.
BEST Chit Malt can be used in mashing occasionally or regularly, making it unique among specialty malts. This barley malt is characterized by a much higher level of high molecular weight proteins than Pilsen malt, making it better suited to balancing minimally modified malts and perfecting the head. It has a particularly high level of intrinsic starter enzymes, which significantly improve starch conversion, thus increasing yield. Thanks to its light color, it does not darken the beer.
