Description / Antioxin Sb Kg 1
A stabilizer specifically created by AEB to protect beer from oxidation over long periods. It provides excellent protection against oxygen: this product allows for optimal flavor stability and reduces oxygen levels.
Powder product
Antioxin SB is used in doses ranging from 2 to 4 g/hL. These concentrations react with 0.5-1 ppm of dissolved oxygen, equivalent to approximately 0.6-1.2 mL of air per 33 cL bottle. Each gram of Antioxin SB increases SO2 by 0.25 mg/L.
