Antiox Antioxidant - Rosemary Extract is a highly effective product, specifically formulated for biscuits, shortbread, snacks, and breadsticks, protecting against all oxidative processes such as rancidity and aging. Its smooth, easy-to-use powder blends perfectly with all the other ingredients, without the need for dissolving in fat or pre-dispersing with other ingredients.
Thanks to its great versatility, Antiox is simply added to the other ingredients when mixing. Furthermore, its use is extremely simple: 2-4% calculated on the total weight of added fats and 0.3-0.5% calculated on the flour (for water-based products).
