Amasake, meaning "sweet love," is a natural sweetener with approximately 20% glucose obtained from a rice processing process. It's a truly exceptional, tasty, and wholesome sweetener/dessert . Nutritionally, it's very balanced, containing plenty ofmaltose (35%), dextrins, fructose , glucose, mineral salts, fibre and B vitamins .
