Black bread made from a balanced blend of various cereals, sesame seeds, and sunflower seeds with high nutritional value, which give the bread a characteristic natural and genuine flavor.
This mix is ideal for making both hand-made and bread machine dough.
Contains 2 sachets of active dry yeast.
Ingredients : Cereals 86% (soft WHEAT flour type “1”, RYE flour, BARLEY flour, SPELT WHEAT flour, OAT flakes flour, corn flour, rice flour), SESAME seeds 3.4%, sunflower seeds 3%, dried WHEAT sourdough (malted WHEAT flour, starter cultures), cane sugar, salt, dextrose, BARLEY malt and soft WHEAT malt flour, Antioxidant: ascorbic acid; enzymes.
The package contains 2 sachets of active dry yeast in a protective atmosphere (known as brewer's yeast): dehydrated yeast (Saccharomyches cerevisiae), emulsifier: sorbitan monostearate (E491).
May contain SOY, MILK, MUSTARD and LUPIN.
