Risotto con zenzero e limone
Utilizzo
Per un corretto utilizzo: versare il contenuto della busta in una pentola e saltare per qualche minuti in un dito di olio. A parte, portare a ebollizione circa 1 litro di acqua e sale, o brodo di dado o carne. Aggiungere mano a mano il brodo al risotto cuocendo a fuoco lento per 15-18 minuti. Verso fine cottura aggiungere una noce di burro.
