De Aurora Naturale glutenvrije ragùsaus wordt bereid volgens de Piëmontese traditie en kenmerkt zich door een zorgvuldige zoektocht naar uitstekende grondstoffen.
De ingrediënten zijn de authentieke uit de streken van Langa; de geur opent de huizen van de huisvrouwen in de provincie Cuneo, waar de ragù urenlang op een zacht vuur werd gekookt en op smaak gebracht met kruiden uit de tuin.
Ingrediënten. Tomatenpulp (tomaat, tomatensap, zuurteregelaar: citroenzuur), vleesragù 31% (rundvlees 47%, varkensvlees 47%, olijfolie, zout), groentensoffritto (ui, wortelen, SELDERIJ, olijfolie, knoflook, zout), bruine fond 7,3% (water, rund- en varkensvleesextract 12%, SELDERIJ, wortelen, ui, olijfolie, zout), rode wijn, extra vergine olijfolie, maïszetmeel, rozemarijn, zwarte peper.
Kan sporen bevatten van EIEREN, NOTEN, VIS, SELDERIJ, MELK.
