Omschrijving / Bereiding voor vanillepudding 30 g BIO
Het wordt eenvoudig bereid door wat melk (plantaardig of van koeienmelk), een zoetstof (mout, rietsuiker, ahornsiroop...) toe te voegen en het geheel aan de kook te brengen.
Snel, praktisch, puur en vooral biologisch! Waarom probeer je het niet zelf vanaf nul? Je hebt alleen nodig:
Los het zetmeel op in de melk, voeg de zoetstof, het zout en de vanille toe. Breng het 2 minuten aan de kook, terwijl je voortdurend roert. Giet het vervolgens in een vorm en laat het afkoelen in de koelkast. Ingrediënten. Maïszetmeel*, natuurlijke Bourbon vanille uit peulen* (1,3%), zeewater, kurkuma.

- 500ml melk (koeienmelk of sojamelk)
- 100g suiker (of mout of honing of ahorn...)
- 30g zetmeel (elk type)
- Vanille naar smaak
- Zeewater naar smaak
- Kurkumapoeder naar smaak (optioneel, alleen om het geel te kleuren).
Los het zetmeel op in de melk, voeg de zoetstof, het zout en de vanille toe. Breng het 2 minuten aan de kook, terwijl je voortdurend roert. Giet het vervolgens in een vorm en laat het afkoelen in de koelkast. Ingrediënten. Maïszetmeel*, natuurlijke Bourbon vanille uit peulen* (1,3%), zeewater, kurkuma.
