Omschrijving / Biologische gekookte cannellinibonen 400g (240g uitlekgewicht)
Het zijn typische bonen uit de Toscane, ze hebben een langwerpige vorm en een glanzende witte kleur.
Vanuit voedingsperspectief zijn ze bijzonder diuretisch, zeer rijk aan onoplosbare en oplosbare vezels, waaronder twee probiotische vezels, inuline en pectine (deels gefermenteerd door de bacteriële flora met de productie van belangrijke vetzuren, propionzuur en boterzuur).
Er zijn in hoge mate mineralen aanwezig zoals: calcium, fosfor, ijzer en zink; vitamines: B1, B2, B3.
In ieder geval zijn alle macronutriënten afhankelijk van de hoeveelheid water, die in de droge toestand 10-12% is en in de verse toestand 55%-85%.
Gebruiksmethoden:
