De maraschino-besprenkeling is een bereiding op basis van suiker, water en maraschino-distillaat. Een variëteit van kersen die lijkt op de amarena, maar zuurder is.

Gebruiksmethode
Het wordt gebruikt, na verdunning met water (2,5 delen hiervan), voor het doordrenken van de sponscake of voor de bereiding van crèmes, ganache, frangipane, koekjes en meringues.

Ingrediënten. Kristalsuiker, water, maraschino-distillaat, aroma.
