Inheemse biologische tijm van de Iblei-bergen, een gebied in het zuidoosten van Sicilië, dat bekend staat om zijn aromatische kruiden. Een ware zintuiglijke ervaring met vis, omeletten, verse kazen, in groentenvullingen, in witte sauzen, met aardappelen, in paneermeel, op geroosterd vlees, in gekookte gerechten en bij stomen.
