Risotto met smakvolle groenten
Gebruik
Voor een correct gebruik: giet de inhoud van de zak in een pan en bak een paar minuten in een beetje olie. Kook apart ongeveer 1 liter water met zout, of bouillon van blokjes of vlees. Voeg geleidelijk de bouillon toe aan de risotto en kook op laag vuur gedurende 15-18 minuten. Voeg tegen het einde van de kooktijd een klontje boter toe.
Ingrediënten. Carnaroli rijst, tomaat, paprika, aubergine, courgette, selderij, wortel, ui, peterselie en basilicum.
