Gebruik
Groene thee is in Europa later aangekomen dan zwarte thee. De infusie wordt meestal uitgevoerd bij temperaturen tussen de 75 °C en 80 °C met een trektijd van 2 of 3 minuten.
Ingrediënten. Sencha thee (75%), bosvruchten in variabele verhoudingen (15%): bramen (bramen, sucrose, fructose-glucosestroop, geconcentreerd citroensap), gedroogde aardbeien, gedroogde frambozen en gedroogde bosbessen; heide en aroma's.
