Om een omelet met kruiden te maken of om smaak te geven aan een groenteomelet
Gebruik
Het preparaat wordt in een pan gedaan met een vinger water, men laat het weken door het ongeveer 10 minuten zachtjes te laten pruttelen, daarna voegt men een scheutje olie toe en laat men het een paar minuten fruiten. Aan het preparaat kan tomatensaus worden toegevoegd.
Ingrediënten. Basilicum, dragon, bieslook, marjolein, peterselie en tijm.
